Our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, shape, or texture. These are not defects but signs of authenticity.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items like lids, breakable cookware, and accessories are non-returnable.
When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only if the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective on first use
Please note that natural rusting is a characteristic of cast iron and does not indicate a defect. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of rust formation, as this is expected with cast iron products
Process
- Email us at ferritecastiron@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share order number, pictures, and reason for return.
- Choose:Replacement, or Store Credit.
We do not offer refunds on purchases. Only replacements are available in cases where the product is received in a defective or damaged condition
